Return Policy
You may return items purchased within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, or credit towards another item. A 5% restocking fee may apply. After 30 days from the date of delivery, we will repair or replace any failing or defective items if still under our generous 1-year warranty.
All items sold as a final sale will only have the option to repair or replace the item. A limited warranty may apply.
Damaged/Non-Working Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item that has been damaged in shipping or is non-operational, please contact us immediately via phone or email. We will repair or replace the item.
1 Year Warranty
All products sold from AMB Vending & Distributions include a 1-year warranty. Unless otherwise stated in our quote or marked all sales are final on the invoice.
AMB Vending and Distributions Warranty obligations are limited to the terms set forth below:
AMB Vending and Distributions warrants this refurbished hardware product against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the date of original retail purchase.
If a defect exists, AMB Vending & Distributions will honor the warranty in one of the following ways:
( 1 ) Repair the product at no charge
( 2 ) Exchange the product with a product that is functionally equivalent to the original product
This warranty does not apply to:
( 1 ) Damaged caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication
( 2 ) Damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions)
( 3 ) A product or part that has been modified
Merchandise Condition:
Refurbished Grade A - Inventory has been inspected, tested, and restored to the original manufacturer’s operating specifications. This fully-functioning product is in "LIKE NEW/RETAIL READY" condition with No cosmetic defects, blemishes, dents, or scratches.
Refurbished Grade B - Inventory has been inspected, tested, and restored to the original manufacturer's operating specifications. This fully-functioning product is in "LIKE NEW/RETAIL READY" conditions with SLIGHT cosmetic defects (minor blemishes and/or light scratches).
Refurbished Grade C - Inventory has been inspected, tested, and restored to the original manufacturer’s operating specifications. This fully-functioning product is in "USED/RETAIL READY" conditions with cosmetic defects, dents, blemishes, and or scratches.
Orders & Shipping:
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to process. Once the label is created for shipping you will receive tracking information in the email in which the order was placed.
If you have you haven't received any update or tracking number for your order within 5 business days. Please contact us to check the status of the order.
If shipping fees apply to your order they will be included on your quote or invoice.
